Harmony Day

Kids celebrate Harmony Day in the sandpit

The kids at Solomontown Kindergarten dressed in bright orange clothes, played in the sandpit, and shared scones to celebrate Harmony Day.

The purpose of Harmony Day is to spread the message that “Everyone Belongs”.

The young ambassadors got into the spirit of the day, playing games together in their sandpit and welcoming visitors from a nearby primary school.

Sand play is a great way to teach kids Harmony Day values, such as the importance of diversity, cooperation and inclusiveness.
